- Text-to-Speech (TTS): Audio generated using the TTS tool may be used for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to videos, podcasts, advertisements, presentations, games, applications, and social media.
- Text-to-Image / Image Generation: Images generated using MidGenAI’s image generation tools may be used for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including marketing, design, content creation, websites, and client projects.
- AI Image Background Remover: Images processed using the background removal tool may be used for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including e-commerce listings, branding, advertising, and professional design work.
- AI Chatbots: Text and responses generated by MidGenAI chatbots may be used for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including content creation, automation, research, and customer-facing applications.
MidGenAI does not claim ownership over any content generated by users. Ownership of generated output belongs to the user to the extent permitted by law.
Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of generated content does not infringe third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
